机车钢化玻璃在半正弦波动态加载下的力学特性

             

摘要

区别以往矩形波加载技术,将SHPB半正弦波加载技术运用到测试机车钢化玻璃动态本构关系中,研究钢化玻璃在中低应变率下的力学特性;试验中利用半正弦波加载实现了恒应变率加载,并且消除P-C振荡效应,加载应力平衡,试验数据可信度较高;根据试验结果可知,钢化玻璃材料σ-ε关系具有双线性特性,且率相关性特征明显,应变率在326 s-1以下时,最大主应力与应变率可拟合为较好的线性变化关系,斜率约为2.76,应变率在326 s-1~529 s-1之间,最大主应力随应变率增加增幅放缓,呈现斜率逐渐减小的上凸抛物线变化规律。%Different from the traditional rectangular wave dynamic load method, the technology of half sine wave was used to test the locomotive tempered glass mechanical properties as the stain rate varies in the middle and low range. In the experiment, the constant strain rate was obtained, also, the P-C oscillating effect was removed and the balance of the stress was came true. So the results of the experiment have high reliability. According to the evidence shown in the experiment, material of tempered glass has the character of bilinear in its σ-ε relation-ship, what’s more, it is obviously rate-dependent. Under the strain rate of 326 s-1, the max stressσchanges as the strain rateεin the rule of linear and the slope is 2.76. When the strain rate varied within 326 s-1 to 529 s-1 , the max stress increased less, the slope decreased gradually, there is a parabola relationship betweenσandε.
