Research purposes; Many urban rail transits are built in the big cities in China. With construction anddevelopment of metro, the design idea and construction technology have become more and more mature. In this paper,the introduction is given to the commercial development of the underground space of urban rail transit on consideration ofthe high efficiency and convenience of the metro network and explanation is made on the design features. The regionalculture of Hunan featured with long time and splendidness is reflected in the design.Research conclusions: (1) The seamless joint of the people travel can be realized and the station and commerce areintegrated by connecting the second floor of the underground space with the floor of the station hall. (2) The convenientunderground environment and space are realized for the people by introducing the light from the middle yard of thesquare. (3) Also the fire alarm system, the interaction control system, monitoring systems for environment and devicesand communication system should be considered in the design.%研究目的:全国各大城市,轨道交通正如火如荼地展开了.随着地铁建设的不断深入、设计理念和工程技术的不断成熟.本文试图结合地铁交通网络的高效与便捷,来进行地下空间的商业开发；在设计上体现地域文化的特点,表达湖湘文化的悠久和绚烂.研究结论:(1)通过地下空间二层与地铁站厅层相连通,实现了人行交通的无缝对接,做到了站商一体.(2)结合广场的中庭采光来营造地下空间的舒适环境,将阳光引入地下商场,为市民创造一个充满活力和舒适的魅力空间.(3)在地下空间设计中还应考虑火灾报警与联动控制系统、环境与设备监控系统,通信系统等.
