高速铁路隧道接触网预埋槽道施工控制技术

         

摘要

Research purposes: The relative measures should be taken in building the precast channel for the catenary tornmake sure the errors of the embedding construction, incline construction and parallel construction do not exceed thernlimitation for meeting the requirements of the smooth transition and operational safety of the post - station four electricalrninterface. The study was done on the construction control technology for precast channel for catenary in tunnel to makernsure all errors meet the requirement for providing the reference to the similar works.rnResearch conclusions: From the analysis of the construction technique and control measure for the channel for catenaryrnin tunnel, it can be seen the construction precision and error can be controlled by using the secondary positioningrntechnique. It means to confirm the type, gap and size of the precast channel and weld the precast channel into one unitrnwith the fixed mould or the steel plate with scale outside of tunnel fiest. Then fix the precast channel unit on the holernposition of the channel corresponding to the mould bogie for the secondary lining with special " T" type bolt, and the "rnT" type bolt will be removed before removing the mould.%研究目的:接触网预埋槽道施工中必须采取相应的控制技术措施来确保槽道嵌入施工误差、倾斜施工误差、平行误差等指标不超限,从而满足站后四电接口施工顺利衔接和确保运营安全.本文通过研究隧道接触网预埋槽道施工控制技术来确保各项误差满足要求,供同类高速铁路隧道接触网预埋槽道施工借鉴.研究结论:通过对接触网槽道施工工艺及控制措施分析,施工过程中可采用二次定位法来控制其施工精度和误差,即先确定槽道型号、间距、尺寸,在洞外采用固定模具或带刻度钢板上进行焊连成槽道组,然后再将槽道组放置在二衬模板台车对应的槽道预留孔位上,采用特制T型螺栓进行固定,混凝土浇筑完成后在拆模前再将T型螺栓卸除.
