连续型浮置板轨道隔振器疲劳载荷谱研究

         

摘要

Research purposes: In order to investigate the load spectrums of isolator of the continuous floating slab (CFS) track and provide the basis for the fatigue analysis and tests of the isolator, the floating slab track-vehicle coupled dynamic model is formulated based on the vehicle-track coupled dynamic theory.In the model, the elastic deformation of slab track, track irregularities and the nonlinear characteristics of isolator, wheel/rail interface and the suspension system are taken into consideration.The dynamic load of isolator as the passing of vehicle was calculated with the model.Research conclusions:(1) The results show that the load peaks of isolator are increasing linearly with the vehicle load.Train speed affects only the isolator load time, no significant effects on peak load values.(2) The isolator load spectrum was draw up as one train passing, the main parameters Pi (i=0~3)of load spectrum was obtained by coupling dynamics simulation under the different train load condition.(3) The simplified algorithm of load spectrum parameters was proposed.Compared with the coupling dynamic model, the results obtained through the simplified method show 1% difference in force P1, and 10% and 27% differences in the forces P2 and P3.(4) The research results can be used for fatigue test and fatigue analysis of isolator of the continuous floating slab vibration.%研究目的:为研究连续型浮置板轨道隔振器的载荷谱,为隔振器疲劳分析计算和疲劳试验提供依据,利用车辆轨道耦合理论建立连续型浮置板轨道-列车耦合模型,考虑轨道板的弹性变形、轨道几何不平顺以及隔振器、轮轨关系和列车悬挂装置的非线性特性,计算列车通过时的隔振器动态载荷.研究结论:(1)计算结果显示隔振器载荷峰值随着车辆载重增加而线性增加,列车运行速度只影响隔振器载荷作用时间,对载荷值峰值影响不显著;(2)编制了连续型浮置板轨道隔振器在列车通过时的载荷谱,计算了不同列车载重工况下的主要参数Pi(i=0~3);(3)提出了载荷谱参数的简化计算方法,采用简化算法所得的P3力与耦合算法相差在1%以内,P2力两者相差10%左右,P1力两者相差27%;(4)本研究成果可用于连续型浮置板隔振器疲劳试验和疲劳分析.
