京唐铁路与津秦高铁接轨设计及施工方案研究

     

摘要

研究目的:在老庄子线路所处,已运营的津秦高铁正线采用的是CRTSⅡ型板式无砟轨道.京唐津秦联络线由津秦正线42号板式道岔侧股引出,预留接轨条件,上、下行各代建了约150 m范围有砟轨道,而京唐津秦联络线设计采用CRTSⅢ型板式无砟轨道.本次研究目的主要是看在既有高铁预留有砟轨道接轨条件的情况下,能否通过对无砟轨道结构进行特殊设计来实现新建无砟轨道与既有高铁的接轨.研究结论:根据既有的工程情况,考虑不同轨道结构高度的差异及施工、运营后的养护维修情况,分别研究了有砟轨道接轨和无砟轨道接轨的轨道设计及施工方案,对无砟轨道接轨方案中的有砟轨道拆除及无缝线路技术、新建无砟轨道的特殊设计及临近高铁的施工方案进行了深化研究,得出结论如下:(1)可以对无砟轨道结构高度进行特殊设计来适应已预留的有砟轨道结构高度,避免下挖路基对临近高铁产生影响;(2)可以对路基CRTS Ⅰ型双块式无砟轨道宽度进行特殊设计,借鉴路基上CRTSⅢ型板式无砟轨道设计原理,采用桥上CRTS Ⅰ型双块式无砟轨道单元式结构,来解决无砟轨道在宽度上适应预留有砟轨道宽度的问题;(3)施工时需控制好施工温度及工后沉降,做好对既有高铁的检测工作;(4)在既有高铁预留有砟轨道接轨的情况下,通过对新建无砟轨道结构进行特殊设计,能实现与既有高铁接轨;(5)该研究成果可对日后临近高铁正线既有线改建的设计和施工等类似工程提供参考.%Research purposes:The Tianjin-Qinhuangdao high-speed railway in operation uses the CRTS H type slab ballastless track in the Laozhuangzi block post.The connecting line between Beijing-Tangshan railway and Tianjin-Qinhuangdao is led to by the No.42 plate-type switch of Tianjin-Qinhuangdao main line,reserves the connection condition that the upline and downline build ballast track about 150 meters,while the connecting line design between Beijing-Tangshan railway and Tianjin-Qinhuangdao adopts CRTS Ⅲ slab ballastless track.The main purpose of this study is to see whether the special design of the ballastless track structure can be realized under the condition that the high-speed railway is provided with the ballast track,in order to realize the connection between the new ballastless track and'the existing high-speed railway.Research conclusions:According to the existing engineering conditions,taking into account differences in the height of different track structures and maintenance and repair after construction and operation,the track design and construction schemes with ballasted track and ballastless track are studied separately,the technology of track demolition and continuously welded rail,and the special design of new ballastless track,and the construction scheme near existing high-speed railway are studied in detail.It is concluded as follows:(1) We can specially design the height of ballastless track,so as to adapt to the height of the reserved ballasted track structure,and avoid the influence of the undercut subgrade on the nearby high-speed railway.(2) We can specially design the width of the subgrade CRTSⅠdouble-block ballastless track,reference CRTS Ⅲ slab ballastless track design principle,and use bridge CRTS Ⅰ double-block ballastless track unit structure,to solve the width problem that the ballastless track is suitable for the width of reserved ballasted track.(3) The construction temperature and post-construction settlement should be well controlled during the construction,and the testing of the existing high-speed railway should be done well.(4) The special design of the ballastless track structure can achieve the connection with the existing high-speed railway if there is a ballast track pre-existing in the high -speed railway.(5) The research results can provide reference for similar project problems such as the design and construction of the reconstruction of the existing railway adjacent to high-speed railway in the future.
