胃溃疡患者血清IL-6、TNF-α和TGF-β1检测的临床评价

摘要

目的:探讨胃溃疡患者治疗前后血清白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)和转化生长因子-β1 (TGF-β1)检测的临床意义.方法:应用放射免疫分析对33例胃溃疡患者进行治疗前后血清IL-6、TNF-α和TGF-β1检测,并与35位正常健康人作比较.结果:胃溃疡患者在治疗前血清IL-6、TNF-α和TGF-β1水平显著地高于正常人组(P＜0.01),经中西医结合治疗3个月后则与正常人组比较无显著性差异(P＞0.05).结论:检测胃溃疡患者治疗前后血清IL-6、TNF-α和TGF-β1水平的变化可提供对了解患者的病情和预后,因而具有重要的临床价值.%Objective To study the changes of serum IL-6,TNF-a and TGF-pl levels after treatment in patients with gastric ulcer. Methods Serum IL-6, TNF-a and TGF-pl levels were examined with RIA both before and after treatment in 33 patients with gastric ulcer and compared with 35 normal controls. Results Before treatment, serum IL-6,TNF-a and TGF-pl levels were significantly higher in patients than those in controls ( P 0.05 ). Conclusion Changes of serum IL-6, TNF-a and TGF-pl levels after treatment can contribute to realize the pathosis and prognosis in patients with gastric ulcer. Therefore, might be of important value clinically in patients with gastric ulcer.
