山东省中学体育师资结构及需求现状的调查研究

     

摘要

This article is based on 90 suburb and rural schools from different prefectures, counties and districts as objects of study, by means of documentary information, questionnaires, expert interviews, data statistics, logical induction. It has done an overall research on the current situations of middle school PE teaching staff and social requirements in Shandong province. The study showed that the structure of teaching staff is not reasonable and regional disparity is remarkable. There is a great potentiality in the intellectual market both in the west and middle parts of China. On the other hand, the present PE teaching mode, educational theory, curriculum construction and teaching rating system in universities deviate from those in middle school. Therefore, the reforms of the PE education in universities must be re-located and the enhancing of PE teachers' comprehensive quality should be highlighted.%以山东省不同县、市、区的城镇中学、乡镇中学、农村中学共计90所为研究对象,采用问卷调查法、专家访谈法、数理统计法、逻辑归纳法等研究方法,对山东省中学体育师资结构及社会需求现状进行了全面的调查研究.研究结果表明: 目前山东省中学体育师资结构不合理,地区差别显著,中西部体育人才市场需求潜力较大;高校体育现行的办学模式、教育理念、课程建设与教育评价体系与中学体育存在偏差,高校体育教育改革应重新定位,注重体育教师综合素质的提高.
