泉州农业龙头企业在促进农业发展中起着重要推动作用．但目前还面临规模偏小，经济和科技带动能力不够；基地建设比较落后，与农户联系松散；缺乏必需的资金支撑；缺乏相应技术和管理人才；个别地方政府对龙头企业贯彻农业政策不够等问题．针对这些问题提出包括壮大企业，提升其经济和科技带动能力；鼓励和扶持农业合作经济组织发展；拓宽企业融资渠道；培养科技和管理人才；发挥政府对农业企业的协调组织作用等相应解决策略．%Quanzhou agricultural leading enterprises took the important role in accelerating agriculture development,while there still exists some problems with it, such as relatively small scale, insufficient economic and scientific driving ability; relatively backward of base construction, loosing connecting with peasants; short of necessary supporting funds; lack of corresponding technology and management talents;some governments inadequate carrying out agricultural policies and so on. Aiming at these problems, this paper proposes corresponding solution strategies, including growing enterprises, increasing their economic and scientific driving abilities; encouraging and supporting professional cooperative economical organizations of peasant; expanding enterprises＇ financing channels; training technology and management talents;governments exerting coordinated organizing function to agricultural enterprises.
