希望所在——福克纳笔下魅力女性研究

摘要

The author makes an in-depth analysis of the women who are not full into the abyss of Puritanism, Patriarchy, Doctrine of Women and Racism from the feminist perspective on the basis of Faulkner＇s The Sound and the Fury, Light in August, Absalom, Absalom! and Old Man. They are gradually awakening and are able to face the adversity calmly. Fresh and natural females are repro- duced and they reflect the human＇s past glory： sympathy, sacrifice, compassion, honor, love, which are the hope of mankind.%从女性视角入手，以《喧嚣与骚动》、《八月之光》、《押沙龙，押沙龙!》、《老人》等作品为研究文本，结合福克纳的思想，探讨福克纳笔下那些没在清教主义、父权制、妇道观和种族主义的“薄雾浓云愁永昼”中沉入深渊的女性，她们渐次醒悟，能够从容面对苦难，清新自然女性复现，表现出人类昔日的荣耀：同情、牺牲、怜悯、荣誉、爱等精神，这些正是人类的希望所在。
