大庆精神与我国新时期石油企业文化建设

摘要

大庆精神是中华民族优良传统的体现，是石油企业职工在艰苦的石油会战过程中形成的宝贵精神财富。大庆精神曾经在石油企业建设过程中发挥着巨大作用，为国家石油工业的发展打下了坚实的思想基础。在新时期，石油企业文化建设中，仍然要以大庆精神为支柱，解决石油企业文化中存在的问题，塑造我国新时期石油企业文化。%Daqing spirit is the embodiment of fine Chinese tradition and it is also the precious cultural treasure which formed in petroleum exploitation by the workers of petroleum enterprises. Daqing spirit has played an important role in the construction of petrole- um enterprises and it laid a solid ideological foundation for the development of China＇s petroleum industry. In the new period of creating the Petroleum Enterprise Culture, we should still keep up Daqing spirit as the mainstay to solve the problems and foster new petroleum enterprises culture.
