丙烯酸接枝合成水性环氧树脂的合成研究

     

摘要

通过接枝法在环氧树脂分子骨架中引入亲水性基团实现了环氧树脂的水性化,并得到了具有良好稳定性的水性环氧树脂乳液。研究了不同合成条件对单体接枝率、水分散液粒径、水分散液稳定性的影响,确定了改性接枝水性环氧树脂的合成最佳条件。结果表明:乳胶粒径约为100 nm左右,离心稳定性和储存稳定性很好,离心分离3000 r/min,30 min不分层,静置30 d不分层。%In this paper, it was synthesized by introduced hydrophilic groups in the molecular skeleton of epoxy resin that a kind of uniformly dispersed stabilized water-based epoxy resin. Different synthesis conditions influencing on the grafting percentage, water dispersion particle size and storage stability were studied. The optimal grafting conditions of modified epoxy resin reaction were determined. The latex particle size distribution was obtained and the size of the resin was about 100 nm. Good centrifugal stability and storage stability were obtained. The emulsion centrifuged at 3000 r/min for 30 min or laid at room temperature for 30 days was not stratified.
