目的：观察护理干预对预防患者术后便秘的效果。方法将41例腰椎间盘突出症术后患者随机分为干预组21例和对照组20例，两组均实施预防便秘常规护理，干预组在此基础上实施护理干预，包括饮食活动干预、情志调节、针灸按摩、耳穴压豆等，分析比较两组患者便秘干预的效果。结果干预组便秘的干预显效率、有效率均高于对照组（P＜0．05）。结论根据术后患者便秘的发病机制，辨证施护，采取针对性护理干预，能有效预防腰椎间盘突出症患者术后便秘。%Objective To observe the effect of nursing intervention in preventing protrasion of the lumbar intervertebral disci postoperation patients from constipation .Methods A total of 41 protrasion of the lumbar intervertebral disci postoperation patients were randomized into intervention group ( n =21 ) and control group (n=20).Both of the groups were nursing intervention in the conventional care of constipation .The intervention group was treated with diet guide , emotion nursing , acupuncture and massage , auricular pressure .Results The effective rate and the significant effective rate of the intervention group were significantly higher than the control group (P <0.05).Conclusions According to the pathogenesis, nursing intervention based on different complex-symptom has an effect on preventing the protrasion of the lumbar intervertebral disci postoperation patients from the constipation .
