子宫疤痕部位妊娠63例临床分析

摘要

Objective To explore the application value of diverse methods in the treatment of cesarean scar pregnancy ( CSP) .Methods Retrospective analysis was made on the therapy scheme and results of 63 CSP patient hospitalized in Suzhou municipal hospital affiliated to Nanjing Medical University during June 2011and September 2013.Results All the 63 CSP patients were cured in the hospital , no serious complications occurred . Conclusions The cesarean scar pregnancy is a kind of rare and dangerous ectopic pregnancy , early diagnosis is very important, complete curettage of uterine cavity after MTX local injection or uterine artery embolism is a safe and feasible .%目的：探讨不同的治疗方法在剖宫产疤痕部位妊娠中的应用价值。方法回顾性分析了2011年6月至2013年9月期间在南京医科大学附属苏州市立医院妇科收治的63例CSP患者的治疗方案及结局。结果63例患者均治愈出院，均未出现严重的并发症。结论剖宫产疤痕部位妊娠是少而危险的异位妊娠，早期诊断极为重要，根据具体情况选择MTX局部注射或子宫动脉栓塞后行清宫术是安全可行的两种方法。
