目的 研究分析鼻空肠管联合穴位贴敷在急性重症胰腺炎早期肠内营养的应用以及护理体会. 方法 回顾性分析本院2011年12月至2015年6月收治急性重症胰腺炎患者38例,分为对照组与研究组,对照组采用鼻空肠管进行早期肠内营养;研究组在对照组基础上联合中药贴敷,两组同时给予护理干预,比较两组患者症状改善情况以及住院时间. 结果 研究组临床症状改善时间以及血、尿淀粉酶恢复时间明显短于对照组,其差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),研究组并发症发生率明显低于对照组,且住院时间明显短于对照组,其差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05). 结论 鼻空肠管联合穴位贴敷在急性重症胰腺炎早期肠内营养中应用效果优异,配合合理护理能够帮助改善症状,且缩短患者住院时间,促进患者的康复,值得临床广泛推广应用.%Objective To analyze the nursing experience on the application of nasal jejunal tube combined acupoint sticking in early enteral nutrition for patients with severe acute pancreatitis .Methods Retrospectively analyzed 38 cases of severe acute pancreatitis patients in our hospital during June 2011 and December 2014.Divided them into control group and experimental group , the nasal jejunal tube acupoint sticking were applied for treatment , the control group was given routine nursing care , and the experimental group was given nursing intervention on the basis of the control group .Compared symptoms improvement and the length of hospital stay of the two groups .Results Gastrointestinal symptoms of the two groups improved , after nursing care the experimental group was better than that of control group , and the complication rates significantly lower than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The length of hospital stay of experimental group significantly shorter than the control group , the difference was statistically significant ( P <0.05 ). Conclusions The application of nasal jejunal tube combined acupoint sticking in early enteral nutrition for severe acute pancreatitis patients has excellent effect .Reasonable nursing can help improve the symptoms and shorten the length of hospital stay , promote the patient's rehabilitation , is worth to be widely applied clinically .
