目的：探讨绝经期妇女应用卡孕栓（通用名：卡前列甲酯栓）配合B超监视妇科手术仪引导下施行绝经期取环术取环与传统取环术的手术质量是否不同。方法应用回顾性分析的方法，分析我院门诊380例绝经期取环妇女临床资料，根据受术者意愿分为观察组（260例）和对照组（120例），观察组取环前1小时于阴道后穹隆放置卡前列甲酯栓1 mg，术中全程B超监视妇科手术仪引导下施行取环术，对照组采用传统取环术。比较两组在宫颈松弛情况、手术时间、术中出血量、取环成功率及术后阴道流血时间等方面的手术质量差异。结果观察组取环成功率高（99．23％）、宫颈松弛情况良好、术中出血量少、手术时间及术后阴道流血时间短、并发症发生率低，两组比较差异均有统计学意义（P≤0．05）。结论卡前列甲酯栓软化宫颈效果明显，在全程联合B超监视下实施操作，可避免盲目性，大大地缩短了手术时间，提高一次取环成功率，减轻受术者痛苦，减少术中出血量及术后阴道流血时间，避免并发症的发生，因此，观察组手术质量明显优于传统取环组，具有较高的临床应用价值。%Objective To investigate the Carprost ( generic name methyl carprost suppository) under the guidance of B ultrasound device in the gynecological extraction of Intrauterine device ( IUD ) surgery among menopause patients compare with traditional IUD extract surgery to value its clinical application.Methods Applied the methods of retrospective analysis to analyze 380 cases of our hospital outpatient postmenopausal women who taking part in clinical data.Divided them into two groups, including control group (260 cases, under the guidance of B ultrasound device in gynecological extraction of IUD surgery group) and the observation group (120 cases, traditional surgery group).Compare two group's differences in factor of relaxation of the cervix, operative time, blood loss, operation success rate and postoperative vaginal bleeding time.Results The control group got higher operation success rate ( 99.23%) , better cervical relaxation condition, less blood loss and operative time, postoperative vaginal bleeding time was short, complication rate was low, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05).Conclusions Carprost has obvious effect on cervical softening with the guidance of B ultrasound device in the operation to prevent blindness, greatly shortens the surgery time, increases surgery success rate, reduces pain and rate of blood loss and postoperative vaginal bleeding, will avoid complications with higher clinical value.
