中国埃博拉诊疗中心隔离病房个人防护装备的流程优化与经验总结

摘要

埃博拉病毒病（ Ebola virus disease ，EVD）是一种由生物安全四级的埃博拉病毒引起的急性烈性传染病，工作在一线的医护人员，必须完全掌握正确的个人防护装备（ personal protective equipment ， PPE）穿脱流程和注意事项，才能最大程度的保护自身安全，完成诊疗工作。我们第三批援利医疗队在学习前两批流程规范基础上，重点参照WHO个人防护装备穿脱指南及中国疾病预防控制中心（ center for disease control andprevention ，CDC）个人防护装备穿脱指南，结合我们第三批援利医疗队的自身特点以及经验体会，对个人防护装备的穿脱流程进行了优化，并对其中一些主要步骤的注意事项进行了归纳总结。希望对我国今后应对类似烈性传染病，提供个人防护方面具有实践意义的参考。%Ebora virus disease ( EVD) is a potent acute virus caused Ebora a biosafety level four infectious diseases , working in a medical care personnel , we must fully grasp the right personal protective equipment ( PPE) wear process and the matters needing attention , in order to maximize the protection of for their own security , to complete the treatment work .We are the third batch of aid and medical team before study two batch process based on the specification , mainly refer to WHO personal protective equipment wear and Chinese guidelines for center for disease control and prevention ( CDC ) wear personal protective equipment guide , combined with our third batch of aid and medical team's own characteristics and experience to wear off , the process of personal protective equipment are optimized , and the matters needing attention in some major steps which are summarized .I hope in the future of our country in response to a similar infectious disease , which has practical significance to provide personal protection in terms of reference .
