A negative-pressure control method and apparatus for an isolation ward, a storage medium, and the isolation ward. The method comprises: when a main exhaust apparatus normally runs, obtaining a first static-pressure value in the isolation ward measured by a pressure difference sensor (101); adjusting the rotational speed of a fan of the main exhaust apparatus according to the first static-pressure value and a target negative-pressure value (102); upon the detection of a fault of the main exhaust apparatus, starting a standby exhaust apparatus, and obtaining a second static-pressure value in real time after the normal start of the standby exhaust apparatus (103); and adjusting the rotational speed of a fan of the standby exhaust apparatus according to the second static-pressure value and the target negative-pressure value (104). By providing the pressure difference sensor, the main exhaust apparatus, and the standby exhaust apparatus, the negative-pressure value in the isolation ward can be kept at the target negative-pressure value, thereby ensuring that the negative-pressure value in the isolation ward is stable; and when a fault occurs to the main exhaust apparatus, the standby exhaust apparatus can be used, thereby enhancing the reliability of the isolation ward.
