社区护理干预对冠心病患者口腔卫生习惯的应用效果分析

摘要

Objective To explore the effect of application of community nursing intervention on oral hygiene habits of patients with coronary heart disease.Methods Chose 76 cases of patients with coronary heart disease, according to the different nursing models were divided into two groups.The observation group adopted comprehensive community nursing intervention, the control group only routine nursing intervention, two groups were observed before and after treatment in patients with blood lipid and oral hygiene habits change.Results The two groups after treatment of total cholesterol, triglyceride, low density lipoprotein cholesterol level were significantly decreased than before treatment; The observation group than in the control group decreased more obviously;awareness of oral health knowledge of observation group after the rate was significantly higher than those before intervention; on the oral health behavior of the implementation rate of patients in the observation group after the intervention was significantly higher than those before intervention, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusions The implementation of community comprehensive nursing for the patients with coronary heart disease, can improve the oral health, and the quality of patients'lives.%目的：探究社区护理干预对冠心病患者口腔卫生习惯的应用效果分析。方法选取以我辖区2010年1月至2014年1月于我院接受治疗出院转社区继续跟踪治疗76例冠心病患者作为研究对象，按护理方式的不同将患者分成两组，其中观察组采用社区综合护理干预，对照组仅进行常规护理干预，对比两组患者干预前后血脂情况以及口腔卫生习惯的改变。结果治疗后两组总胆固醇、甘油三酯、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇水平较治疗前均显著下降，但观察组较对照组下降更加明显；观察组治疗后对口腔健康知识知晓率要显著高于干预前；观察组患者干预后对口腔保健行为的执行率要显著高于干预前；观察组患者由于经过社区护理干预，其冠心病心绞痛的发病次数，发病时间均显著低于对照组。差异均有统计学意义（均P＜0．05）。结论对冠心病患者实施社区综合护理，能有效改善口腔卫生，提高生活质量。
