言语识别阈在职业性噪声聋诊断中的应用

摘要

Objective To investigate the significance of speech recognition threshold ( SRT ) as an routine test in the diagnosis of occupational noise induced hearing loss .Methods Combination audiological evaluation including SRT was performed on 103 patients who suspected occupational noise induced hearing loss . Then the findings of SRT were assessed by that of combination audiological evaluation .Results In diagnosing occupational noise induced deafness , the sensitivity , specificity and accuracy of SRT in diagnosing simulated deafness was 82%, 93% and 89% respectively .Conclusions Speech recognition threshold is a simple and effective testing method , and it may be popularized application in the diagnosis of occupational noise induced hearing loss .%目的：探讨言语识别阈（ speech recognition threshold ，SRT）在职业性噪声聋诊断中的意义。方法对103名疑似职业性噪声聋患者进行听力组合测试，言语识别阈判断伪聋的结果与综合听力测试的结果相比较，分析其阳性及阴性似然比。结果言语识别阈在职业性噪声聋诊断中诊断伪聋的敏感性为82％，特异性为93％，准确性89％。结论言语识别阈检查方法简单易操作，诊断伪聋敏感性高，值得在职业性噪声聋诊断中推广应用。
