临床护理路径在甲状腺瘤手术患者护理中的初步应用及效果评价

Objective This article aimed to explore the initial application of clinical nursing pathway in patients who received thyroid tumor surgery and the effect assessment, make a further improve of nursing pathway. Methods The 78 cases of thyroid adenoma patients hospitalized in our hospital during March 2010 and July 2010 were chose as the research object, theywere divided into two groups randomly, patients in control group received routine care whilepatients in observe group were given clinical nursing pathwayon the basis of conventional nursing care.The nursing effect of the two groups were compared and assessed.Results Hospitalization time, hospitalization expenses, complications and adverse reactions of observation group were obviously less than that in control group, patients'satisfaction on nursing in observation group was obviously higher than that of control group patients, the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions Clinical nursing path used in patients who received thyroid tumor surgery, can make further optimization of the nursing process and standard, minimize the length of hospital stay, hospital expenses and postoperative patients with complications and adverse reaction, improve patient satisfaction on care.%目的：分析临床护理路径在甲状腺瘤患者手术中的初步应用及效果评价，使护理路径得到进一步完善。方法选择2010年3月至2014年7月我院收治的甲状瘤患者78例作为研究对象，把78例患者随机均分为两组，一组为对照组进行常规护理，另一组为观察组在常规护理基础上，提前制订临床护理路径开展护理工作，两组患者护理效果进行对比和评价。结果观察组患者在住院时间、住院费用、并发症及不良反应等方面明显少于对照组患者，观察组患者对护理满意度明显高于对照组患者，两组患者对比差异显著，有统计学意义，具有可比性（P＜0．05）。结论临床护理路径应用于甲状腺瘤患者手术中，可以使护理工作流程和规范进一步优化，尽量减少患者住院时间、住院费用及术后并发症、不良反应，提高患者的护理满意度。
