循证护理与案例教学方法在康复护理临床带教中的应用

         

摘要

Objective To study on the effect of the evidence-based nursing combined with case teaching method in clinical nursing teaching of the rehabilitation department .Methods There were 120 nursing practice students in rehabilitation from July , 2012 to May 2014, 60 people of the control group were taught with the traditional teaching method;60 people of the experimental group were taught with the traditional teaching method , at the same time with the evidence-based nursing combined with case teaching method .There were 10 weeks'internship period for each group .At the end of the internship period , each student had been tested with test paper and operation skills , and evaluated by the Califor Critical Thinking Disposition Inventory 's questionnaire . Results The experimental group's the theoretical scores or the operation skill scores was significantly higher than control group's (P<0.05).Critical thinking ability of the experimental group was significantly higher than control group's (P<0.05).Conclusions Because of the evidence-based nursing combined with case teaching method applied in teaching , students got good grades in theory test or in operation test , and also acquired critical thinking skills.%目的:探讨循证护理与案例教学结合的教学方法在康复科临床护理带教中的应用。方法2012年7月至2014年5月在康复科实习的护理实习学生120人,对照组60人采用传统教学法;实验组60人采用传统教学法,同时运用循证护理与案例教学结合的教学方法。每组实习期为10周。实习结束时,对两组护生进行理论及操作技能测试,用加利福利亚评判性思维倾向问卷评价护生的批判性思维能力。结果观察组出科理论成绩和操作技能成绩明显高于对照组(P<0.05),观察组护生的批判性思维能力明显高于对照组( P<0.05)。结论循证护理与案例教学结合的教学模式应用于临床护生实习带教,不仅能提高护生的理论和操作成绩,也能提高护生的批判性思维的能力。
