体位护理在胸腔镜治疗自发性气胸中的临床应用

摘要

Objective To investigate the application effect of position nursing in thoracoscopic treatment of spontaneous pneumothorax .Methods 98 cases of spontaneous pneumothorax patients , those who were admitted in hospital during March 2015 to May 2016 and received thoracoscopic treatment , were randomly divided into study group and the control group .The control group received routine care , while on the basis of the control group the study group administering position nursing , finally selected indexes to evaluate nursing effect of the two groups.Results The statistics showed that the complete gas evolution time of study group significantly earlier than patients in the control group (P<0.05).Chest tube indwelling time, postoperative hospital stay of study group was shorter than control group ( P<0.05) .Results of nursing satisfaction survey showed that satisfaction rate of the study group was 91.8%, which was higher than 75.5%in patients in control group ( P<0.05) .Conclusions The application of position nursing in thoracoscopic treatment of spontaneous pneumothorax can improve clinical outcomes, promote disease recovery patients .%目的：探讨体位护理在胸腔镜治疗自发性气胸中的应用效果。方法将本院2015年3月至2016年5月期间收治的给予胸腔镜治疗的98例自发性气胸患者随机分为研究组和对照组，给予对照组患者常规护理，在对照组患者的基础上给予研究组患者体位护理，选取指标评价两组患者的护理效果。结果经统计发现，研究组患者的气体完全逸出时间明显早于对照组患者（ P＜0．05）；胸管留置时间、术后住院时间均短于对照组患者（P＜0．05）；护理满意度问卷调查结果显示，研究组患者的护理满意度为91．8％，高于对照组患者的75．5％（ P＜0．05）。结论体位护理在胸腔镜治疗自发性气胸中的应用，能够改善患者临床治疗效果，促进患者疾病早日康复。
