改善小企业融资环境对策研究

摘要

From the report of Eighteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China on Nov 8 stress to improve the large and medium -sized enterprises core competitiveness ,support the development of small micro enterprises ,especially small micro enterprises .With the increase of economic and social de‐velopment and policy support ,small micro enterprises has become a booster of social economic grow th and social stability regulator ,become the indispensable important in national economy and social development , is the cornerstone of supporting economic and social development ,is to adjust the industrial structure up‐grade the underlying strength ,the social economy sustainable development important guarantee .The pur‐pose of this paper is to research the present situation of the financing for small businesses ,carding the ex‐isting common problems ,and tries to explore effective innovative solutions .%党的十八大报告强调要“提高大中型企业核心竞争力，支持小微企业特别是科技型小微企业发展”。随着经济社会发展与政策支持力度的加大，小微企业已经成为社会经济增长的助推器和社会稳定的调节器，成为国民经济与社会发展中不可或缺的重要力量，其对社会经济可持续发展有着重要的保障促进作用。本文旨在通过分析小企业融资的现状，对现有小企业普遍存在的问题进行梳理考量，并尝试探讨有效的解决途径。
