PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a labor environment improvement system, a labor environment improvement method, and a labor environment improvement program that enable support of understanding of the relation between medical examination results or stress check results and the attendance situation or personnel affairs.SOLUTION: The present invention includes: a storage unit 31, that stores data showing the results and history of the items forming an attendance item group, a medical examination item group, and a stress check item group; and an analyzing unit 32, that extracts another item as a related item, using the data in the storage unit 31, when the correlation of the item to the medical examination items satisfies a condition on the height of the correlation.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
