摘要

介绍了几种新型屋面材料的性能特点、技术指标及其国内 外发展状况，对每种材料的防水、保温隔热机理和施工方法进行了探讨，简要分析了其社会 经济效益及应用前景。%This paper presents the current situation of roof engi neering and the waterproof,thermal insulation mechanisms,performances,workmanshi p,economic benefit and some newly developed roof materials.
