基于全生命周期的建筑与供热空调系统一体化设计

         

摘要

目前的建筑节能设计工作往往把建筑本体和供热空调系统的设计分开,忽略了两者之间相互制约的关系.针对以上问题,提出建筑与供热空调系统一体化设计的概念,同时将全生命周期评价理论引入到设计中,建立了建筑与供热空调系统一体化设计的全生命周期经济评价模型,并结合实例进行应用分析,得出建筑节能技术与供热空调系统的最佳方案.结果表明基于全生命周期评价将建筑和供热空调系统作为整体同时进行设计,更有利于建筑项目的效益最大化.%The design of buildings with heating ventilation air conditioning separated presents a problem in the current work of building energy-saving design.To cure the above problem, this paper puts forward an integrated design of building and HVAC.At the same time, it introduces to the theory of life-cycle assessment, and designs a full life-cycle economic benefit evaluation model of the building and HVAC integrated design.It obtains the best energy conservation energy-saving scheme of the building and HVAC connecting with the actual case.Results show that the energy-saving integrated design of building and HVAC based on full life-cycle theory will be better and conducive to the maximum benefits of construction projects.
