抗坏血酸在α-环糊精掺杂纳米碳管涂层电极上的伏安行为

         

摘要

α-Cyclodextrin incorporated carbon nanotubes-coated electrode was fabricated and was applied to the electrocatalytic oxidation of ascorbic acid, reducing the overpotential by about 280 mV with an obviously increased current response. Basically, we would firstly like to capitalize on the best properties of the two components of the system, such as the electronic and catalytic properties of carbon nanotubes and the molecular recognition ability of α-Cyclodextrin. Characteristics of a supermolecular inclusion complex between α-Cyclodextrin and ascorbic acid were examined. A differential pulse voltammetric technique for measurement of ascorbic acid over the range of 2.5×10-6 to 1.0×10-3 mol*dm-3 has been developed.%制备了α-环糊精掺杂纳米碳管涂层电极并应用于抗坏血酸的电催化氧化,结果表明,氧化电位降低了280 mV,电流响应明显增加.我们首次结合两种物质的特性:纳米碳管的导电性及催化性能、α-环糊精的分子认知能力,对电极表面进行修饰.实验了抗坏血酸与α-环糊精超分子络合物的特性.差示脉冲技术用于定量分析抗坏血酸,线性范围为2.5×10-6~1.0×10-3mol*dm-3
