考虑缺货损失的具有二次订购机会的收益共享契约机制

研究了销售期末具有二次订购机会的由单制造商和单销售商组成的两级供应链收益共享契约机制模型,引入二次生产装配费用分担因子和制造商缺货损失风险.从“非完全合作”和“完全合作”两个角度来探讨集中决策下供应链的协调问题.研究表明,制造商可以通过制定合适的契约系数来达到供应链的协调.%The revenue sharing contract mechanism of a two-level supply chain including one manufacture and one retailer with end-of-season second order was researched. The shared variable of manufacturing setup cost of the second order and the shortage risk of loss were introduced. The centralized supply chain coordination issues were discussed from the point of incomplete cooperation and complete cooperation perspectives. Results show that supply chain coordination could be achieved by manufacture setting appropriate revenue coefficients.
