青岛市推进农村环境综合整治的探索和实践

摘要

In recent years, Qingdao has been pushing on the work of ＂hardening, lightening, afforesting, cleaning-up and beautifying＂ to improve the rural environment. Under the system of government-leading, farmers as the main body, and the whole society＇s participating, the rural environment has been greatly bettered, the farmers＂ lifestyle has changed, and the atmosphere of civilized countryside has been cultivated. But with the facts of low construction standard of some villages and lack of long-lasting managing mechanism, we should enhance our sense of responsibility, perfect the leadership in rural areas, built up an effective operating mechanism, strengthen the work of renovation in order to improve the rural environment comprehensively and thoroughly.%近年来，青岛市实施了以“硬化、亮化、绿化、净化、美化”为重点的农村环境综合整治工程。通过政府主导、农民主体、社会参与的共建机制，大大改善了农村环境，改变了农民生活方式，培育了文明乡风。但部分村庄建设标准不高，环境整治的长效管理机制还没有普遍建立起来。应该进一步增强责任感，加强农村领导班子建设，建立良好的工作机制，抓住农村环境的重点和突出问题，加大整治力度，实现农村环境的根本好转。
