第41届世界技能竞赛的特点及其对我国技能竞赛的启示

The World Skills Competition represents the highest level of the world skills and tech- nical training. The 41st World Skills Competition has the characteristics of broad participation and openness,whose content is in line with production and which emphasizes competitors skills and prod- ucts quality assessment. We should not only learn from it, but also further improve the organization management and operation mechanism in the skills competition. We should give play to skills competi- tion in order to promotion the reform of vocational education, upgrade the professional abilities of teachers, and strengthen students" quality consciousness and comprehensive professional abilities.%世界技能竞赛，代表着国际技能和技术培训的最高水平。第41届世界技能竞赛参与面广，开放性强，竞赛的内容符合真实的岗位生产实际，重视对选手基本技能及产品质量的考核等方面的特点，值得我们学习和借鉴。我国应进一步完善技能竞赛组织管理及运行机制，发挥技能竞赛对职业教育教学改革的促进作用，提高教师的专业执教能力，强化学生的质量意识和综合职业能力培养。
