高校部门创收管理模式探析

         

摘要

在不影响正常教学、科研工作的前提下,很多高校都鼓励校内部门利用学校的设备、师资等资源依法创收。创收为高校带来了良好的经济效益和社会效益,甚至许多创收活动还促进了学校的教学科研工作,但在这些创收活动中也时常会出现一些不规范的行为和漏洞。高校应当结合国家的有关政策和各自学校的实际情况,建立切实可行的部门创收管理模式,加强对机构、项目、收入和成本等的管理,以保证部门创收活动的良性发展。%A lot of universities and colleges encourage their intramural departments to generate income through the use of their resources such as equipments and faculties. The income generating has not only brought good economic effectiveness and social effectiveness, but promoted the scientific research of universi ties and colleges as well. However, there are still quite a few irregular behaviors and leaks in it. Based on the relative policies in our country and the real conditions of universities and colleges, the universities and colleges should establish feasible incomegenerating management modes for departments and strengthen the manage ment in institution, program, income, cost and so on, which will ensure the benign development of the in comegenerating activities for departments.
