关于提高大学生就业力的路径探究

摘要

大学生就业力是体现在大学生身上的综合素质，大学生就业力的培养与提升是开展素质教育和教育改革的重要内容之一。通过分析就业力的内涵、特征及就业力评价体系，提出了我国高等教育可以从更新观念、丰富设计、重视过程、严格评价等四个方面不断加以完善，从而提高大学生就业力。%The employability is the comprehensive quality embodied in the graduates .The cultiva-tion and improvement of employability is an important content of quality education and education re-form .By means of the analysis on the connotation ,the characteristics and the evaluation system of the employability ,this paper suggests that Chinese higher education should be improved constantly from the perspectives of renewing ideas ,enriching designs ,emphasizing process and strict evaluation so as to improve the employability of the graduates .
