随着高等教育的改革发展及大学生群体的变化，高校学生工作背景发生了重大变化。为了实现高等教育目标，实现大学生的全面、自由、和谐发展，提高学生工作实效，实行发展型学生工作模式是符合时代的必然要求。明确学生工作在高校中的地位、准确把握以人为本的核心原则、深刻理解全面发展的内涵，是有效建构发展型学生工作模式的重要保障。%With the reform and development of higher education and the change of graduate groups ,great changes have taken place in the background of the student work in colleges and universi‐ties .The development‐oriented student work model is aimed at achieving the goals of higher education and the all‐round ,free and harmonious development of the undergraduates and improving the effec‐tiveness of student work ,which has been the necessary demand of the times .The guarantees in explo‐ring the effective construction of development‐oriented student work models mainly involve clarifying the position of student work in colleges and universities ,grasping the people‐oriented principle cor‐rectly and comprehending the content of all‐round development deeply .
