设立中国物流企业互保机制的研究

摘要

Logistics enterprises have met many risks in the business process and there is great limitation for relying on commercial insurance to avoid the business risks.Therefore,it is suggested to create China Logistics Enterprises Mutual Insurance Association.China Logistics Enterprises Mutual Insurance Association plays an importantly significant role for the protection of the interests of the logistics,controlling operations risks and reducing costs and promoting the healthy development of the logistics industry.%基于物流企业在经营过程中面临众多风险,依靠商业保险进行风险规避有较大的局限性,因而应创立中国物流企业互保机制。中国物流企业互保机制对于保障物流企业利益,控制经营活动风险,降低企业成本,促进物流业健康发展,为我国现代物流业的持续繁荣发展保驾护航具有重要意义。
