农产品供应链中农民专业合作社的利益保障问题探析

摘要

Academic researches show that "farmers'professional co-operatives +processing companies +retailer"is the best pattern of agricultural product supply chain .Based on the reflection on this pattern ,this paper analyses the benefit distribution mechanism in the existing supply chain .It is found that the problems of damaging farmers'professional co-operatives interests exist in the operation of the agricultural product supply chain .On the basis of analyzing the reasons , it puts forward the effective countermeasures to protect the interests of the cooperatives in order to realize win-win supply chain of each subject ,and enhance the stability of the supply chain .%学术界研究表明：“农民专业合作社＋加工企业＋零售商”是农产品供应链的最佳模式。本文基于这种模式的思考，对现存供应链利益分配机制进行了分析，存在着农产品供应链稳定运行中有损农民专业合作社利益保障的问题，在剖析原因的基础上有针对性地提出了如何切实保障合作社利益的有效对策，以实现供应链各主体的共赢，进而增强供应链稳定性。
