喷施胺鲜酯对不同种植密度夏玉米抗倒伏性状及产量的影响

     

摘要

Two corn varieties (Qingnong No.11 and Zhengdan 958) were selected as materials to study the effect of diethyl aminoethyl hexanoate on lodging resistance and yield of maize under the different planting densities (55 000 plants/hm2, 67 000 plants/hm2 and 75 000 plants/hm2).The results showed that, comparing with the corn untreated, the elasticity modulus, flexural strength significantly, rind penetration strength, and compressive strength of corn stem increased by diethyl aminoethyl hexanoate enhance.The maximum enhancement is 18.0%, 22.4%, 16.5% and 22.6%.Diethyl aminoethyl hexanoate decreased the plant height, increased the number of aerial roots, shorten the length of the third nodes form the stem base, increased the stem diameter.The maximum adjustment range are 9.2%, 24.6%, 14.2% and 12.4%.The content of cellulose, hemicellulose and lignin increased with the control of diethyl aminoethyl hexanoate, the maximum increase range are 9.2%, 14.0% and 12.9%.The effect of diethyl aminoethyl hexanoate is more obvious with the density increasing.Compared with the low density planting, the elasticity modulus, flexural strength, rind penetration strength, and compressive strength of corn stem under the controlling of high density planting increased by 3.8%~5.2%, 15.9%~17.2%, 4.8%~5.0% and 4.3%-5.1% respectively.The yields of Qingnong No.11 and Zhengdan 958 have gone up by 15.1% and 11.4% at a density of 75 000 plants/hm2.%以夏玉米品种青农11和郑单958为材料,探索了不同密度(5.5万株/公顷、6.7万株/公顷和7.5万株/公顷)下喷施胺鲜酯对玉米抗倒伏性状及产量的影响.结果表明,与对照相比,喷施胺鲜酯的玉米弹性模量、抗弯折强度、穿刺强度和抗压强度增强,最大增强幅度分别为18.0%、22.4%、16.5%和22.6%.玉米株高降低,气生根数增多,茎秆基部第三节节间长缩短,茎秆增粗,最大调节幅度分别为9.2%、24.6%、14.2%和12.4%.纤维素、半纤维素和木质素含量提高,最大提高幅度分别为9.2%、14.0%和12.9%.上述性状随着密度的增大,喷施胺鲜酯的效果越显著.与低密度相比,高密度条件下喷施胺鲜酯对弹性模量、抗弯折强度、穿刺强度和抗压强度的增幅分别提高3.8%~5.2%、15.9%~17.2%、4.8%~5.0%、4.3%~5.1%.在7.5万株/公顷密度下,喷施胺鲜酯的青农11和郑单958产量分别比对照提高15.1%和11.4%.
