侧向铺放式马铃薯收获机设计与试验

     

摘要

Aiming at the lower rate of tuber obvious,artificial pick up is not convenient of the rod-link chains of small potato harvester in China.a side spread type potato harvester was designed and researched.The overall structure of the harvester and its working principle are described,and the side spread device was study analyzed.The structure and working parameters of the harvester were determined.This harvester due to the increase of two times side spread device,more conducive to potato soil separation and artificial pick up operation.The results of field experiment showed that the harvester has high efficiency and good separation effect,the average damaged rate of 0.89%,the obvious rate of 98.57%,and the performance index conforms to the national industry standard NY/T1130-2006 potato harvest machinery requirements.%针对国内现有链杆式马铃薯收获机存在的明薯率低、人工捡拾不方便等问题,设计了一种侧向铺放式马铃薯收获机.阐述了该机整体结构及其工作原理,并重点对侧向铺放装置进行了设计分析,确定了其相关结构和尺寸参数.该机由于增加了二次侧铺装置,更有利于薯土分离和捡拾作业.田间收获试验结果表明:该机工作效率高、土薯分离效果好,平均明薯率为98.57%、平均伤薯率为0.89%,性能指标符合国家行业标准NY/T1130-2006《马铃薯收获机械》相关要求.
