Objective: To explore the impact of early rehabilitation nursing intervention on the quality of life of patients with craniocerebral trauma. Methods: 132 patients with traumatic brain injury were randomly divided into the control group( n =65 ) and the observation group( n = 67 ) in accordance with the order of admission. The patients in the control group were given conventional nursing care and the patients in the observation group were provided extra early rehabilitation nursing intervention. The ability of activities of daily living( ADL ) and the changes of mental state of the patients were compared between the two groups before and after the intervention. Results: The scores of ability of ADL and the changes of mental state of the patients were higher after the intervention than those before the intervention in the two groups( P <0. 05 );the scores of ability of ADL and the changes of mental state of the patients were higher in the observation group than the control group after the intervention( P <0. 05 ). Conclusion:The early rehabilitation nursing intervention can significantly improve the quality of life of the patients with craniocerebral trauma.%目的:探讨早期康复护理干预对颅脑外伤患者生活质量的影响.方法:将132例颅脑外伤患者按照入院顺序随机分为对照组65例和观察组67例,对照组给予常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上进行早期康复护理干预.比较两组患者干预前后日常生活活动能力(ADL)和心理状态的变化.结果:两组患者干预后ADL和心理状态评分均高于干预前(P<0.05);且观察组干预后ADL和心理状态评分均明显高于对照组(P<0.05).结论:对颅脑外伤患者进行早期康复护理干预可以明显改善患者生活质量.
