高龄患者PICC置管后局部皮肤换药的细节管理、

摘要

Objective:To investigate the methods of the detailed management of topical skin dressing for the old patients after PICC.rnMethods:60 elderly patients ( 85 years old as the separation line ) were divided into the old patient group ( n = 32 ) and very old patient group ( n = 28 ). The detailed management of nursing care was provided for the patients during hospitalization and the topical skin problems such as redness,papules,blisters and ulceration were observed after PICC. Results:The ratio of redness,papules and blisters after PICC was higher in the very old patient group than the old patient group, the comparison of ulceration between the two groups was significantly different ( P <0. 05 ). Conclusion: The detailed management of topical skin dressing for the old patients after PICC can not only prevent the topical skin problems and reduce the pain of the patients,but also provide safe,comfortable and effective nursing measures for the patients.%目的:探讨高龄患者PICC置管后局部皮肤换药的细节护理方法.方法:将60例老年患者以85岁为界分为高龄组32例和超高龄组28例,对其实施细节护理措施,住院期间观察PICC置管后局部皮肤常见问题:发红、丘疹、水疱、破溃等出现的例次.结果:超高龄患者置管后局部皮肤发红、丘疹、水疱、破溃比例高于高龄组患者,同时两组破溃发生率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:针对高龄患者这一特殊人群,从PICC换药细节入手,加强PICC局部皮肤换药流程中每个程序的细节管理,不仅可预防相关皮肤问题、减少患者病痛,而且为高龄患者提供了安全、舒适、有效的护理措施.
