情景模拟健康教育法对PICC置管患者健康生活方式的影响

         

摘要

目的:探讨情景模拟健康教育法对PICC置管患者健康生活方式的影响. 方法:将入住我院肿瘤科进行PICC置管的患者130例随机分为观察组61例和对照组69例,观察组实施情景模拟健康教育法,对照组实施常规健康教育法,比较两组健康生活方式以及并发症发生情况. 结果:健康生活方式得分随着时间的变化而变化,差异有统计学意义(P<0. 01),观察组在干预后10 d、干预1个月、干预2个月、干预3个月健康生活方式得分与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0. 01);观察组并发症发生率均低于对照组(P<0. 01). 结论:情景模拟健康教育法可促进PICC置管肿瘤患者执行健康生活方式,提高自我管理能力,降低患者带管期间各种并发症的发生率.%Objective:To investigate the effect of scenario simulation health education on the healthy lifestyle of patients with peripheral-ly inserted central catheter ( PICC) . Methods:130 patients with PICC in our hospital were randomly divided into the observation group ( n=61) and the control group (n=69). The scenario simulation health education method was applied in the observation group and the con-ventional health education method was used in the control group. The healthy lifestyle of the patients and the incidence of complications were compared between the two groups. Results:The scores of healthy lifestyle of the patients changed with time going on (P<0. 01);There was statistically significant difference in the comparison of healthy lifestyle of the patients between the two groups after 10 days,one month, 2 and 3 months of the intervention (P<0. 01);the incidence of complications was lower in the observation group than the control group (P<0. 01). Conclusion:The scenario simulation health education method can promote the implementation of healthy lifestyle,improve the self-management ability of patients with PICC and reduce the incidence of complications.
