目的：探讨舒适护理干预在肝硬化腹水并发低钠血症患者中的应用效果。方法：将84例肝硬化腹水并发低钠血症患者以数字法随机分为观察组和对照组各42例，观察组予舒适护理干预，对照组给予一般护理。对比两组腹水消长、患者满意程度以及血清钠水平。结果：观察组大量腹水程度、患者满意程度与对照组比较差异均有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）。结论：舒适护理干预对于肝硬化腹水并发低钠血症患者，不仅可降低患者的腹水程度，还可明显改善患者的满意度和血钠清水平。%Objective:To explore the application effect of comfort nursing intervention in cirrhotic ascites complicated with hyponatrem-ia. Methods:84 patients with cirrhotic ascites complicated with hyponatremia were randomly divided into the observation group and the con-trol group(42 cases in each group). The patients in the observation group were given comfort nursing intervention and the patients in the control group were given routine nursing care. The change of ascites,patient satisfaction and the serum sodium level of the patients were compared between the two groups. Results:There were statistically significant differences in the comparison of the change of ascites and pa-tient satisfaction between the two groups(P < 0. 05). Conclusion:The comfort nursing intervention on patients with cirrhotic ascites compli-cated with hyponatremia can not only reduce the degree of ascites of the patients,but also significantly improve the satisfaction and the ser-um sodium level of the patients.
