健康问题程序化解决框架在阿尔茨海默病患者延续护理中的应用

摘要

Objective:To explore the application effects of the procedural framework of health problems in the care of patients with Alzheimer′s disease ( AD) .Methods:A total of 88 cases of AD after discharge from April to September of 2015 were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group with 44 cases in each group .The control group received routine nursing continuation ,while the observation group received the procedure framework of health problems to deal with nursing care .The objective indexes were compared be-tween the two groups after the intervention .Results:After the intervention ,the observation group′s Barthel index ,the Western Aphasia Bat-tery(WAB),the Mini Mental State Examination(MMSE)scores and life quality scores were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The framework of health problem solving process to carry out continuous care for patients with AD ,can im-prove the ability of daily life ,language function and mental rehabilitation ,improve the quality of life of patients with AD .%目的：探讨健康问题程序化解决框架在阿尔茨海默病（ AD）患者延续护理中的应用效果。方法：将2015年4～9月出院的88例AD患者随机分为对照组与观察组各44例，对照组接受常规延续护理，观察组采用健康问题程序化解决框架实施延续护理，对两组干预后的各相关观察指标进行比较。结果：观察组干预后的Barthel 指数评分、西方失语症成套测验（ WAB）评分、简易精神状态检查表（MMSE）评分以及生活质量评分均高于对照组（P＜0．05）。结论：采用健康问题程序化解决框架对AD患者实施延续护理，能够提高该类患者的日常生活能力、语言功能及智力康复效果，提升生活质量。
