维持性血液透析患者创伤后成长与心理弹性及生活质量相关性分析

摘要

目的:调查维持性血液透析(MHD)患者创伤后成长与心理弹性及生活质量的关系.方法:采用便利抽样法,选取山东省3所三甲综合医院的125例MHD患者,采用一般资料问卷、创伤后成长评定量表(PTGI)、心理弹性量表(CD-RISC)及生活质量量表(QLQ)进行调查.结果:本组患者PTGI总评分为(63.92 ±12.36)分,CD-RISC总评分为(56.67 ±11.35)分,QLQ总评分为(62.17 ±13.18)分;经Pearson相关性分析显示,MHD患者创伤后成长与心理弹性、生活质量均呈显著正相关(P<0.05,P<0.01).结论:MHD患者创伤后成长水平处于中等状态,患者创伤后成长与心理弹性及生活质量相关,因此,临床护理人员应加强对MHD患者心理疏导,鼓励其以积极乐观的态度面对疾病,以减轻其应激情绪,从而提高患者心理健康水平和生活质量.%Objective:To investigate the relationship between post-traumatic growth and psychological resilience and quality of life in maintenance hemodialysis(MHD)patients.Methods:According to the convenient sampling method,a total of 125 MHD patients in Shan-dong Province from 3 general hospitals were selected and investigated by using the general information questionnaire,post-traumatic growth inventory(PTGI)and Connor-Davidson resilience scale(CD-RISC)and quality of life questionnaire(QLQ).Results:This group′s the total score of PTGI was(63.92 ±12.36),the total score of CD-RISC was(56.67 ±11.35),the total score of QLQ was(62.17 ±13.18).Pear-son correlation analysis showed that post-traumatic growth was positively related to psychological resilience and quality of life in MHD pa-tients(P<0.05,P<0.01).Conclusion:In MHD patients,the level of post-traumatic growth is at a moderate level,and post-traumatic growth is associated with resilience and quality of life.Therefore,clinical nurses should strengthen psychological counseling for patients with MHD,and encourage them to face the disease with positive and optimistic attitude,so as to reduce their emotional stress and improve their mental health and quality of life.
