滇、渝两地农村留守老人生存质量现状及影响因素分析

摘要

Objective:To investigate the quality of life and its influencing factors of 300 left behind elders in some rural areas of Yunnan and Chongqing .Methods:A random sampling method was used to investigate 150 elderly people aged over the age of 60 in Chongqing and Yunnan.Results:The quality of life(QOL) of the elderly left behind in rural areas of Yunnan was (78.98 ±10.13),and of Chongqing was (74.05 ±6.525);The health status,nationality,gender,habit of smoking and alcohol are the main factors affecting the quality of life of elderly people .Conclusion:The government should pay more attention to the quality of life of the elders living situation in rural areas .The government and relevant departments should support the introduction of relevant policies and the actual system .Taking effective measures to fundamentally improve the quality of life of rural elders.%目的:调查滇、渝两地部分农村留守老人生存质量现状及其影响因素.方法:采用随机抽样法,分别抽取重庆和云南150名农村60岁及以上的留守老人进行问卷调查.结果:云南地区农村留守老人生存质量均分为(78.98±10.13)分,重庆为(74.05±6.52)分;其中健康状况、民族、性别、烟酒嗜好是影响老年人生存质量主要因素.结论:滇、渝两地农村留守老人生存质量现状不乐观,国家应重视农村留守老人的生存生活质量现状,政府及相关部门应出台相应的政策及实际的支持系统,从根本上为提高农村留守老人生存质量采取有效措施.
