三级甲等医院临床一线护士核心能力评价体系的构建

         

摘要

目的:探讨三级甲等医院临床一线护士核心能力评价体系的构建.方法:采用德尔菲法对临床护理专家进行两轮函询,确定临床一线护士核心能力评价指标,采用层次分析法计算各指标的权重系数并进行一致性检验.结果:最终确定三级甲等医院临床一线护士核心能力评价体系包括4个一级指标、17个二级指标、70个三级指标.两轮咨询专家的权威系数分别为0.86和0.89,专家对一级、二级和三级指标意见的协调系数分别为0.487、0.499、0.261(P<0.001).结论:三级甲等医院临床一线护士核心能力各级评价指标专家咨询意见集中,专家积极性和权威程度高,结果科学、可靠,可以为三级甲等医院临床一线护士核心能力的培训、评估、考核提供参考.%Objective:To explore the construction of evaluation system of core competence of clinical nurses from first class of three lev-el hospitals. Methods:Clinical nursing experts were investigated by two rounds of the Delphi Method,which determined the evaluation index of core competence of clinical nurses. The weight coefficient of each index was calculated by the analytic hierarchy process (AHP). Re-sults:Finally,the evalutaion index of core competence was confirmed including 4 first grade indexes and 17 second grade indexes and 70 third grade indexes. The authoritative coefficients of consulting experts of the two rounds were 0. 86 and 0. 89,respectively,and the co-ordination coefficient of the experts on the first grade,second grade and third grade indicators were 0. 487,0. 499,0. 261 (P<0. 001). Conclusion:The experts advice was highly focused on the core competence of clinical nurses at all grades of evaluation from first class of three level hospitals,and experts enthusiasm and authority maintain on a high level. The results were scientific and reliable,and can pro-vide references to the core competence of clinical nurses from first class of three level hospitals,assessment,examination and training.
