营养评估与专病一体化饮食指导对血液透析患者的影响

         

摘要

目的:探讨营养评估与专病一体化饮食指导对血液透析患者的影响.方法:选取80例维持性血液透析患者采取随机分配的原则分为实验组和对照组各40例,对照组采用常规护理模式,实验组在对照组的基础上给予营养评估与专病一体化的饮食指导干预;比较两组干预后6个月自我效能、自我管理行为和生活质量对慢性肾脏病患者的影响.结果:干预6个月后,实验组自我管理行为、生活质量、自我效能评分均优于对照组(P<0.05,P<0.01).结论:将营养评估与专病一体化的饮食指导应用于护理期间的血液透析患者中,可以有效提高血液透析患者营养不良的治疗效果,帮助和改善患者的营养状态,值得在临床工作中推广.%Objective:To explore the effects of nutritional assessment and integrated diet guidance on hemodialysis patients.Methods:A total of 80 cases of hemodialysis patients were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group,each with 40 cases.The control group received routine nursing,while the experimental group received nutritional assessment and special disease integration on the basis of the control group.6 months after the intervention,self-efficacy,self-management behavior and the effects of quality of life of patients with chronic kidney disease were compared between two groups.Results:6 months after,the experimental group's self-management behaviors,quality of life,self-efficacy scores were significantly higher than those of the control group (P < 0.05,P < 0.01).Conclusion:The nutritional assessment of hemodialysis patients with special disease integrated diet instruction applied in nursing period,can effectively improve the therapeutic effect of malnutrition in hemodialysis patients,and help improve the nutritional status of patients,is worthy of popularization in clinical work.
