授权赋能式健康教育在前列腺癌骨转移患者中的应用

摘要

目的:探讨授权赋能式健康教育应用于前列腺癌骨转移患者中,对患者自我效能、生活质量及负性情绪的影响.方法:将2016年4月 ～2017年4月收治的64例前列腺骨癌转移患者随机分为对照组和观察组各32例,对照组进行常规健康教育,观察组进行授权赋能式健康教育,比较两组自我效能水平、生活质量评分、负性情绪评分.结果:健康教育后,观察组自我效能评分高于对照组(P<0.05),各项生活质量评分高于对照组(P<0.05),焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分低于对照组(P<0.05).结论:授权赋能式健康教育应用于前列腺癌骨转移患者中,能有效提高患者自我效能水平,改善其生活质量,减轻其负性情绪,值得推广.%Objective:To explore the effect of authorized health education in patients with bone metastasis of prostate cancer,and on the patients′self-efficacy,quality of life and negative emotion. Methods:From April in 2016 to April in 2017,a total of 64 cases with bone me-tastasis of prostate cancer were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group with 32 cases in each group. The control group was given routine health education,while the observation group was given authorized health education. The level of self-efficacy,qual-ity of life and negative emotion were compared between the two groups. Results:After health education,the self-efficacy score in the obser-vation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P < 0. 05),and the quality of life scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P < 0. 05). The Self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)and the Self-rating Depression Scale(SDS)scores in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P < 0. 05). Conclusion:The application of authorized health education in patients with bone metastasis of prostate cancer can effectively improve their self-efficacy level,improve their quality of life and reduce their negative emotions,which is worth promoting.
