预见性护理程序在急性心肌梗死患者院前急救中的应用

摘要

目的:探讨预见性护理程序在急性心肌梗死患者院前急救中的应用效果.方法:采用前瞻随机病例研究法,将64例急性心肌梗死患者分为研究组和对照组各32例,对照组接受常规院前急救,研究组在对照组基础上实施预见性护理程序;比较两组并发症发生率、院前急救时间、病死率、再住院率等.结果:研究组并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05),有效抢救时间短于对照组(P<0.05),急救反应时间短于对照组(P<0.05).结论:对疑似急性心肌梗死患者采用预见性院前急救护理,可以显著缩短救治时间、降低患者病死率及并发症发生率,利于患者预后,具有临床推广价值.%Objective:To explore application of foreseeable nursing in pre-hospital emergency for patients with acute myocardial infarc-tion.Methods:A prospective randomized case-control study was conducted.A total of 64 patients with acute myocardial infarction were di-vided into the study group and the control group ,32 cases in each group.The control group received routine pre-hospital care ,and the study group was given predictive nursing procedure on the basis of the control group.The incidence of complications ,the time of pre-hospital e-mergency ,the mortality rate and the rate of rehospitalization were compared between the two groups.Results:The incidence of complica-tions in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group ( P<0.05),and the effective rescue time was significantly shorter than that in the control group (P<0.05),and the emergency response time was significantly shorter in the study group than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The predictive nursing procedure in pre-hospital care for patients with suspected acute myocardi-al infarction can significantly shorten the time of treatment ,reduce the mortality and incidence of complications ,and is beneficial for the prognosis of patients.
