改革开放以来,一方面农村社会与外部发展产生紧密联系,从而农民成为"社会化小农",由此诱发许多新的农民问题,农村社会性质发生改变;另一方面在农村治理的权威方面,其主体类型更为多元,权威的来源各有不同,各种权威主体的社会资本对于解决乡村治理的困境产生了不同的效应.基于山东省肥城市压煤村A村的个案分析,试图探究经济能人的形成原因、政治参与的环境分析和动因,以及其非制度化参与问题和对乡村治理的影响.最后尝试从宏观制度设计和微观行为规制层次提出解决这些问题的建议.%Since the reform and opening up, on one hand, rural society and external development have close contact, so the farmers become the "Socialised peasants" which cause many new problems of farmers, rural social change in nature; on the other hand authority in rural governance, its subject types of more diverse, authoritative sources are different, all kinds of authority of social capital have different effects to solve the dilemma of rural governance. In this paper, a case analysis of A village in Feicheng city Shandong Province the writer, based on environmental analysis, tries to form and motive reasons, political participation into economic hotshots, as well as the problem and the impact on rural governance. Finally, tries to put forward suggestions to solve these problems from the macro and micro level.
