阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停/低通气综合征患者医学应对方式与社会支持的相关性研究

摘要

目的 探讨阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停/低通气综合征(OSAHS)患者的医学应对方式与社会支持状况的相关性.方法 对100例经多导睡眠图(PSG)检查确诊的OSAHS患者采用医学应对问卷(MCMQ)和社会支持评定量表(SSRS)进行调查,并分析其相关性.结果 患者在医学应对方式方面与常模比较,面对应对得分低于常模(P＜0.05),回避及屈服应对得分高于常模(P＜0.01).OSAHS患者的社会支持与面对应对呈正相关(P＜0.01),与屈服应对呈负相关(P＜0.01).结论 OSAHS患者在医学应对方式中趋向于回避及屈服,社会支持与医学应对方式密切相关,社会支持越高的患者越少采用屈服的应对方式.临床诊治中应高度重视为OSAHS患者提供社会支持,改善其应对方式.%Objective To study the medical coping styles and social support in patients with obstructive sleep apnea/hypopnea syndrome (OSAHS) ,and to discuss the correlation between the two. Methods One hundred patients with OSAHS confirmed by polysomnogram (PSG) were surveyed with medical coping modes questionnaire ( MCMQ) and social support rating scale (SSRS). The correlation between coping modes and social support was analyzed. Results Compared with the norm,the coping styles in patients with OSAHS showed lower face-to-face coping score (P<0.05) , higher avoiding and yielding coping score (P <0.01). Besides,it was found that the social support of the patients with OSAHS was positively correlated with the face - to - face coping style and negatively correlated with avoiding and yielding coping style. Conclusion Patients with OSAHS tend to use avoiding and yielding coping mode. There is a close correlation between medical coping styles and social support. Patients with more social support use less yielding coping than those with bad social suppert. More social support should be provided to patients with OSAHS to improve their coping styles.
